Lech, one of the most exclusive ski resorts in Europe

Lech is located in the middle of the Arlberg area which is Austria’s biggest and most exclusive ski resort. With 305 km of groomed slopes, you will rarely have to take the same piste twice. The new cablecar “Flexenbahn” has connected Lech and St. Anton since 2016, and has added more beautiful kilometres of piste.

The village of Lech offers a variety of options for entertainment including classes, child care, excursions and there are a lot of offers to suit every sporting ability. In the evening you can enjoy dinner in one of many great restaurants in the quaint centre of the village.

Lech is also the starting and finishing point for The White Ring, a circle of runs and lifts that is a popular tour and the scene of an annual race involving 1,000 participating ski racers. With its 22 km, it is considered the longest ski circuit in the world. Chalet 1551 is located in the middle of the beautiful ski area with the unique possibility to ski-in and ski-out.

Lech also offers many alternatives for non-skiers: from cross-country skiing, sledging to ice-skating and alpaca hikes, no wishes remain unfulfilled. In the mountain village Lech, you will find a wide range of leisure activities and stores as well as numerous excellent restaurants and bars.
